育嬰師，主要從事 0-3 歲嬰兒照料、護理和教育工作。育嬰員還要掌握嬰兒的日常生活保健與護理,例如生長監(jiān)測、預防接種、常見疾病護理等等。
育嬰師主要掌握嬰幼兒的養(yǎng)、護、教，包括飲食、飲水、睡眠、二便、三浴、衛(wèi)生、生長檢測、動作技能訓練、智力開發(fā)、社會行為及人格培養(yǎng)、個性化教學等等，從事 0-3 歲嬰兒生活照料、嬰幼兒健康護理、嬰幼兒早期教育工作。育嬰員作為一個新興職業(yè)，專業(yè)人員少而需要較大，目前很多省份育嬰員市場都是供不應求的，所以育嬰員的就業(yè)前景非常廣闊。一般在家政服務公司、母嬰護理機構(gòu)、社區(qū)服務中心、幼兒教育機構(gòu)任職，還可以在月子中心、產(chǎn)后恢復中心、早教中心等有關于母嬰護理的行業(yè)工作。
